    @stosa I do Caroline Girvan for lifting and use the heaviest weights I can while maintaining form. About 2x week I run 5-6 miles outside at a 10 mins / mile or so pace after lifting. I take 1-2 days off a week and I’m quite active in general.

    Heat & water retention

    Thanks! I did much better with water today, the more i drank the more thirsty i was so hopefully things are regulating ...still 90 degrees outside (and not much lower in my work building). It is supposed to cool off tomorrow and the next few weeks-but my building will likely still be warm...
