@romanianpentecostal Fair point, never though of a backpack! I’ll prob do both. I have rings so I can create a pretty good incremental sequence for 1APU. Also, the increased ROM PUs look tough. I’ve got options.
@onochie I’m at 3x12. What do I do now? ;) My plan is once I get to 2x15, I’ll start working the sequence for one-arm pull-ups. That’s gonna be humbling af.
