How does progressive overload ACTUALLY work?

@brianlee3271 Youre one year in. Dont worry about periodization. Train near failure and add weight or reps whenever you feel you can. Don't overthink things until youre relatively advanced

Interested to know what splits you guys are running with atm

@bogdanpnw Chest/back/bis (Monday and Thursday) Legs/shoulders (Tuesday and Friday) My legs we're already a strong point so I didn't wanna just do upper/lower. This works pretty well. My only complaint is having 4 days of pressing takes its toll on my front delts

What are some lifts you didn't use to rate, but have grown to love?

What are some lifts you didn't use to rate, but have grown to love?

Then on the 3rd set i'll usually get one or two fewer reps. Then the 4th set 3-4 fewer, etc. Thats why I find 3 sets is the sweet spot. Just start...

Help me fix this pull day

@maxmillianmichieli You posted asking for advice and when anyone gives you advice you immediately shut it down. PPL once a week is very sub optimal. This giy is telling you that and youre arguing because you dont know enough about the subject. People like you just stay ignorant

Your opinion is right: give us your tier list for any workout

@mstyle00 Nah Dr. Mike would say seated hamstring curls, a behind the midline curl variation (like incline bench curls), and skullcrusher variation for triceps
