    With progressive overload, do you guys increase the reps on your last set or your first set?

    What’s in your water bottle at the gym?

    @kmman Pre workout (need the kick at 4:30 am). Once I finish that, then it’s plain water, then after I finish lifting, I add a scoop of BCAAs and drink that during my cardio.

    @mayne70 I don’t have any defined goals. I love the way lifting makes me feel. That’s all I need

    I told a guy no on working in

    @johntf I said No once but I was super setting and there were 3 other cable machines with rope attachments available. In my mind there was no need to work in if there were other open options. If there weren’t any available options, I totally would have.
