    @jar1437 Is therea benefit to putting the bells down between the c&p and the squats? Apart from extra practice on the hike-pass? This is the way I do it, as that's how it's written, but I feel that it sometimes kills the flow a bit. This is my first run of DFW (just did w4d1 today) so I'll stick...

    Increasing to 10RM

    @youngman4god Remember that it's asking for your Press 10rm, not your C&P 10rm, so maybe your press RM is a little more than 6 or 7. To increase your 10rm maybe run DFW without the squats? Or just run original Giant first using push presses.

    Geoff Neupert Strength Standards

    @snowlucario Nice targets. I think I'd stand a chance at goal #2 at the moment. 3,4 and 5 are a fair way off though, but they're a good series of milestones to aim for. Thanks for sharing this.
