    @dolphins19923 SAME! But, I have visible abs! Not a 6-pack or anything, but I have exactly what I want, so I'm happy. I attribute it to the compounds lifts.. esp standing military press!

    @kendraschannel1 same here!! For me, it's loading the bar while it's on the floor that I fuckin hate. So, now I just do more squats and lunges instead.
