    Gym-ing for months but not improving weights?

    @rania ahh ok. i understand being intimidated. I'm often the only woman using dumbbells at my gym, but I got used to that while I was still employed by the gym so i guess that's what helped me get over the intimidation i hope you can try out some free weights at home soon!
