    1 month of arms, no rest days. Am I stupid?

    @bobgunn “Push, pull, hinge, squat” not “pull pull pull pull,” homie. It’s resistance training, not jelqing. Triceps is like 3 fifths of your arm so even if your goal is Johnny Bravo mirror muscles you gotta do some pushing too.

    How long does it take to get to body like this ?

    @olliegen I’d suggest taking creatine and use maintenance phases. (Stole this idea from Renaissance Periodization, check them out) I did 1 month maintenance to 3 months cutting last year to great results.
