    @childofgod49 I wouldn't do a 5x5 of chinups, do 2/3 sets and focus on getting quality reps in, if you hit a block either do the amount that you get stuck at then take little rest 30 seconds or so and do more or do as many as you can with prefect form then squeeze out a couple cheat ones

    @joevic yeah this is good, Doing the max amount you can and then taking a little break and doing some more is good, aswell as doing the most you can with prefect form then some cheat ones imo

    @dustinw yeah honestly once I started stepping away from the instagram/tiktok side of fitness, I got a lot happier/accepting with my results, I think it's also good not to look at yourself in the mirror too much, just workout and eat good and results will come regardless and you'll probably feel...

    I want to buy gymnastic rings, but I’m not sure where/how to mount them

    @spacct I don't know what it's called but I have some sort of brackets installed to the roof which I can put the rope for the rings through.
