@rob3rt These news items are a bit without context until we know the prize purses and the level of broadcast quality for these competitions. Because I'd not be surprised if CF had to 'give away' these deals for low amounts which will reflect in the prize purses.

@caleb_m That could be true, but would that (better average quality, but more licensing fees) really make it a better business especially at the level of a specific box?

@caleb_m That's a totally different discussion, the lower case 'crossfit', the methodology which is out there for free. That's why I'm startin to use Berkshire instead of CrossFit when dicussing the company's future and their central control.

@reneesinz45 Maybe they could have done even worse wo CF but they were not successful. They wanted out of the Games sponsorship deal, then they even cheated with the royalties.

@shefmasurj I'm not sure there are a lot of actual haters, she does have holes, but this one was executed masterfully, it was a beut!

@ncvaalgirl That's only partially true in the sense that CrossFit is damaged too by these problems, not just the athletes. So making the rules as foolproof as possible is on the organizer.
