    @shineydays2 it’s definitely not the best- i have a bunch of foot problems so walking for more than 10-15 mins or running at all isn’t really possible. I try to go for a walk a couple times a week and use the stair machine at the gym 2ish times a week. Any other cardio options that aren’t hard...

    @marcofthetruth Running isn’t much of an option for me at the moment cause of feet issues. Any other cardio like that but isn’t hard on the feet?
