    @bibleexploreriii Standard olympic bar is 20kg. May natry ako na parang shorter and 15kg lang daw. Baka sanay ka sa 15kg na bar sa old gym mo at ngayon ka pa lang naka try ng 20kg. Im annoyed din working out sa gym na Lbs ang measurement ng plates/dumbells since mas kabisado ko ang kg.
