    junk volume?

    @shak4969 It depends. As long as you see progression is ok I have a 3 day split (training 3/4 times a week), low volume, power-building style and it's been working very good, so my advice is try. Try switching up volume, intensity, weight, reps, rests. you'll only find out trying it yourself...
