    @supersammy Try more of a hypertrophy workout. I’m 170lbs, 34M and 5’9. I squat about 225 at 3x5. I usually do 115 warmup for a max of 10 reps Then go into my working sets. 135lbs 1x6-8 reps 155lbs 1x6-8 reps 175lbs 1x6-8 reps This is just an example. You’re doing a lot of reps but not...
