    I hate lifting

    @servantj Try Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It’s an intense cardio workout like no other and it’s also a great anaerobic total body workout. I have lifted weights for years but nothing made my physic pop like BJJ. Added bonus, you can easily take out loud mouth carnivore bros with your new skills.

    What’s your relationship with alcohol?

    @cdlara381 I was a heavy drinker earlier in life, but in my fourties now and it’s tapered down to complete abstinence and I’m loving it.

    Can doing only dips, pull ups pushups, situps, rows, and curls on the stationary bar give me a lean and muscular physique?

    @swordfighter Do something for the lower body as well. Pistol squats, jumping lunges, wall squats, etc.

    Observations - Newbie Mostly Plant-Based

    @congestus100 I’m 47 and have been plant based for four years now, vegetarian for longer. My energy levels and recovery rate have been phenomenal. I train BJJ and guys are shocked when I tell them how old I am. PBD is the fountain of youth.
