    When will I stop getting DOMS from leg day?

    @believe99 if i don’t foam roll my hamstrings after lower body days, im knowingly giving up my ability to walk without soreness for the next 2-3 days😭

    How should I split my leg day into 2 days? Plus any other input :)

    @charlesagrit i do these exercises on my glute days (change hip thrusts to kas glute bridges until failure) and coupled with high protein, i see so much progress
