    @sofialo09 Pay attention to the weight loss and how it affects your muscles, easy to loose muscle on certain diets. If you want to keep those muscles look into leg exercises, the planks will help but squats or wall sits would help

    @sofialo09 I would say fine tune your goals. Also been reading Tom Venuto books and his advice and plans are awesome and can be applied to BWF.

    from 8 pull ups to 20 and also from 10 dips to 35 in 6 weeks

    @pittsburgh14 I still can’t do pull ups, should I use this program and just do negative pull ups?
