    @englerth1 Same. Started at 12 and never stopped. Takes very little effort to maintain a good enough physique if you never let it go

    @petroula I find a lot of the strength comes from back and chest as both arms are locked in a 90 degree angle.

    @petroula True if you're a fireman but my old boxer dog and my girlfriend would kill me if I ever carry them like that... think more carrying a bride over the threshold type of excercise

    @simonssen They hardly isolate. I used to do mainly parallel bars 4x a week, rings 2x week, bar 2x, floor 2x, etc. There was overlap in the training days.     @jeannetteh Also they sometimes like to mess with bigger diameter bars which makes them harder to grip
