    My apartments ha e a gym with limited equipment. Is there a good workout routine I can use with them?

    I want to lose weight, feel less pain and look/be muscled . My apartment complex has a small gym. It has treadmills, ellipticals, some dumbells and all this. Is there a good workout routine I can do that will accomplish all this and not neglect anything? Or should I just join a gym?
