@patdude832 Try it and see how it works for you. I don't think anyone is going to be able to philosophize there's way into knowing how your body will respond as an experienced lifter.

@israelp There is no "perfect" routine, despite what you'll see on this sub. Different people respond better to totally different things, so it's all about finding what works for you. Is it working? Keep it up until it isn't any more.

I got into running a couple years ago, and run a mix of 10k's and half marathons. I didn't change my body building routine at all when I added my running workouts, I just cut out the other cardio work I was already doing...
@hanss1 Your split doesn't matter that much, especially as a total beginner, compared to consistency. Just do whatever gets you in the gym regularly and go from there.
