    @greyowl Alright, I'll make a note. I thought all protein sources were similar that's why I focused mostly on targeting just my daily protein requirements. As for the protein numbers I listed, they're actually from MyFitnessPal.

    @giacmosuaviet I eat vegetables, I usually just don't log them since the calories are usually on the low side, that's why they're not listed on the diet I posted. I also take a multivitamin everyday.

    @juanmz28 Sorry for the late reply. I usually leave at least 1-2 reps in the tank on both barbell and accessory lifts.

    @stratton609 Well, I take a multivitamin and some Vitamin D daily. Not sure if that is enough to make up for it. I'll definitely overhaul the diet either way though, just to be on the safe side.
