    @bibbigo Exact same as dips so far. I’ve been training both exercises pretty consistently the same weight, reps, days. Also a goal of mine to reach a b/w pull up pretty soon.

    @chickenbaltiriceandnaan Not particularly, just good warmups and stretching and a lot of shoulder exercises. I’ve got some pretty strong shoulders so I haven’t had any problems yet.

    @frances6098 Not in terms of reps. I do try to go to failure on sets. Like, I don’t try to to 12+ reps till failure in one set, but I do try to do as many sets I can of 3-5 heavy as I can.

    @yuliza I’m kinda confident I can get three plates now at least once, cuz I managed to rep this for two sets. But it’s all cool, I usually get some stares for pull ups with two plates, cant wait to get to three there as well. It’s an awesome motivational boost. Pity that I still can’t do a damn...

    Been a pretty long road but it’s all cool. Once I managed to rep about 50~ dips on one set I finally bought a belt and started adding weight and strength just exploded.
