    @4eyedfenix If you are pushing with any level of intensity you should be dead after the 4-5th exercise and even more so if you do 3 set per exercise Are you very limited on days you can workout ? If not I see no reason having this many exercises and muscles in 1 day

    @awoods88 Depends on how much there is to lose I usually go on a heavy cut 1000+ right after my bulk for 4-6 weeks and then up the calories

    @katy89 Are you going for purely hypertrophy or strength? Both can go hand in hand but there are better ways to maximize bench press maxes that isn't that good for hypertrophy And better things for hypertrophy that isn't the optimal for pure strength

    @sammierose18 Any split can work just as fine as any other If you like it go for it You want yourself to love your split so you are excited everyday for the next training session
