    @passiongirl Abbate yesterday. My first day of crossfit. RX would've been: 1 mile run 21 clean&jerk @155lbs 1/2 mile run 21 clean&jerk @155lbs 1 mile run Had to scale down to about half the weight. Took me a half hour.
