Can't lose weight on 1500 calorie diet

@crosswise Its all good. There's gotta be somewhere you are muscalculating, unless your hormones are way out of whack. But even at that point, there's a caloric number that will make you lose weight.

@siju I told a little bit of a lie. I do my bedding on Sundays. But as for all clothes? Done only on Fridays. In one day we will go through: Me- work pants (which get used for the whole week, unless real dirty), work t-shirt, undies, socks, and gym shorts (usually get 2 or 3 wears out of...

How to keep motivated to workout daily when stuck in the 9-5 corporate cycle?

@abnerpublishing Do a time budget. Look at where you are spending your time, and see where you can improve. Priotize tasks, and do similar chores the same day. Like we have a glass shower. I clean the shower on Saturdays, since I already have the windex and rag out, I clean all the mirrors...

What does your warm up look like?

@newbeginning1996 I do modified "Wenning Warm ups". A typical Wenning Warm up is 3 exercises, 4 sets, 25 reps each. So 100 reps per exercise, 300 reps total. A very light weight, just get the body moving. Mine is only 3 sets, but I add 3 minutes of light cycle at the beginning. Upper Body: 3...

I’m stuck on my average run time and I don’t know what to do

@rahul969 This is the basic program my coach had us doing for endurance races. Except day 1, we did "tempo runs". Goal pace for a shorter distance. Increase distance weekly.

    Curious about Rucking?

@vandaldog Ive done a bunch of ruck races in the military. I used to really enjoy going heavy, my best time/weight was 80 pounds, 20km, 3 hours. I'm out of that now, the wear and tear was just brutal. Blew out my knee twice. The most I'll do for fitness sake now is a 20 pound vest. I'll drag...
