Sunday Show Off - The thread where every thing you share is considered badass!

@groo101 Campus board training at home is starting to pay off. I'm halfway through the Iron Sports Cliffhanger. Edit: Actually, now that I think about it, this belongs in Slip Up Saturday.

Got my first ever FULL Iron Cross in 10 months!! (AMA)

@summer63 The dream machine is different from the counterweight pulley system. The dream machine will always reduce your weight by 50% so to increase the resistance you need to use either a weighted vest or ankle weights.

Got my first ever FULL Iron Cross in 10 months!! (AMA)

@summer63 I do not train on bars or parallettes any more either. I tried adding weighted pull ups and dips but I got bored and my workouts would last too long. I promise you my elbows are completely locked out when it comes to the butterfly. You’re right that I don’t train any isometric cross...

Got my first ever FULL Iron Cross in 10 months!! (AMA)

@summer63 Nice work. Did you train butterfly at the same time? I’ve been training butterfly mostly consistently for about 3 years but feel like I’m nowhere near an iron cross. I can do it with -40 lbs at a BW of 140.

Sunday Show Off - Where you're a baus if you even say you started the beginner routine!

@groo101 I can do a rafter (pinch grip) hang for 10 seconds. Goal is to be able to hold it for 10 seconds with 50% added weight and 20 pull ups. I can do 3 pull ups right now, but I didn't get it on film.

Sunday Show Off - Share your progress

@commissioned2encourageu Well done. I wish my compression was as good as yours. When I try to do tuck planche press to HS, it ends up becoming advanced tuck because I can't keep my knees close to my chest. Also, as you get stronger and start working on advanced tuck planche, keep your hips at...

Would you guys be down for a 30-day L-sit/V-sit/Manna challenge so we could motivate each other?

@fromgenesistorevelation You may want to put manna as a separate challenge for 730-1095 days because it's extremely rare. Same goes for planche, but I guess some people can learn it in a year or less. But I would say it takes even longer to achieve full protraction. It took me more than 18...
