    Any advice on lean bulking for a 5’6” 121 pounder?

    @spiritualfriend I’ll let you do the math, but if 20% BF is your max at 1lb/wk, you can calculate a max weight based on 50% of your gains being muscle. It’s basic algebra. When you hit that weight, go get a dexa to confirm your BF and then either keep bulking or cut depending on those results.

    If you had 1-month to get in the best shape possible, what would your workout regimen and nutrition be?

    @mamared1 Be realistic. You didn’t gain it in a month, and you won’t lose it in a month. At most, you might lose 10 lbs (2.5/week) and you’ll have to push hard and be hungry all month to do that.

    Losing the dad bod

    @wayne1980 If by “Dad Bod” you mean “fat belly”, then step one should be calorie restriction. Lose the fat first, then build the muscle. Trying to do both at once is a losing battle.
