    @shayda I drink whey once a day for like a 6 week period.its cool you don't have to. I usually have it for a coffee break mid day just to top up .

    @ggdd I do not know that brand. Just read the reviews and look for the cals per serving. It should be 25 grams protein per serving for good quality.

    @doks I only use whey during a cut for this reason.

    What is your favourite meal during a weight loss phase?

    @namibia Chicken or flank steak. Cut up small. With a portion of rice and Greek yogurt and a medium hot sauce all mixed together. Throw some diced red onion on top for a little crunch.

    @mayaann Creatine. Caffeine. Vit D in winter. I do whey at the very end of my cut. Maybe buy 2 jugs all year .maybe 500$ all in every year for all the sups.
