    @asthethic If waking up with a 🍆is a side effect, then yes. 🙌🏼 Also started putting muscle on much quicker, and had more energy. All side effects were positive.

    @scott2511 I’m 51 and had a T level of 198 last year. Didn’t even hesitate to get on TRT and I’m glad I did it. Gym results have been great and I’ve seen no downside whatsoever. Last blood work showed me at 1100 5 days after my last injection. Doing 150mg weekly. Well worth it, IMO.

    BMI thoughts

    @bfg33 Yeah, most people over 30 BMI are overweight. The guidelines say that over 25 is overweight but that can be very inaccurate. 30 is a better number to look at for the vast majority of people. Maybe 28….

    @gracenprayers BMI is a very outdated metric and borderline useless. Unless it says you’re obese, ignore it. But if you get over 30 there’s probably some weight that needs to go, unless you’re a bodybuilder and loaded with skeletal muscle.
