@megusta Yes! I’ve lost the weight I want, have some visible abs (more so when flexing) and I still have some fat on the lower part of my stomach, it’s perfectly normal.
@michellelovesjay I actually found weighing myself every day really helped me understand how my weight fluctuates and no longer worry about it. I know this doesn’t work for everyone, but it helped me see how normal the fluctuations are.

@krae991 You should try tracking your calories. Limiting the hours you’re eating/eating healthier foods won’t lead to weight loss if you’re not in a calorie deficit.
@dersaemann I lost weight without counting calories but I made changes that lowered my intake (quit drinking alcohol, cut back on eating out, was more mindful of why I was eating-hunger vs boredom/emotional, etc).
