    A question for runners with thick thighs

    @timothysir I run in bike shorts. I hate tight shorts so I get the unflattering, makes you look like you have no butt shorts. I think the inseam is still short, like 5 inches or so. Marathon approved to not ride up.

    @dawn16 Eek, glad she got tested. I was kind of bummed when mine came back normal. Then I looked at my diet and realised I wasn't tracking small bites and those add up. On my hips.

    F, 58. Repeat DXA revealed those couple pounds I couldn’t shake were 1.8lbs added muscle! Whaaaat 💪

    @eddycharles This is awesome!! I’m the same weight I was when I did my first Dexa scan last year. I’ve been dreading retesting but I look oh so different. I might just make that appointment now :)

    @efraim7praise Yes!!!! The difference of nutritionists vs registered dietician is something a lot of people don't know.
