    @keith9duffy My friend, you can do this. I promise you can do all of this. Even if you have never before jogged or done any water or climber training. This is a mind problem. Your mind is trying to protect you, by making you avoid what it fears. It will make you panic so you will freeze, etc...

    @alabama54 Is it 1630 after subtracting for activity calories? You might be getting bad info about your activity since watches and machines overestimate calories burned?
