    @bigjake803 Yes! I mean I'm talking about a full 180 degrees of motion with your straight arm, from touching your support hand, to pointing up to the sky.

    @azsosa That's why, when doing side planks, I raise my free arm up and down. It becomes a dynamic balancing hold, rather than static one. And regular plank was replaced with ab roller and leg raise.
