    @maddox Nope, I have developed insomnia years before I started working out. I have been working out for 5+ years now, I have tried it all. Leaving reps in reserve just doesn't work for me.

    @nickjmcclure I felt like emotionless zombie with permanent brain fog. I am fine with 5-6 hours, but anything less long term sucks.

    @mbrandan When did I say that sleep is not important? I said that more sleep does not have effect on my training, that's it.
