    @albert632174 I disagree. Go look at literally any volleyball player. Their quads are large not because they're lifting heavy but because they are constantly in a squat position. (I played volleyball, had large quads.) Also Split squats. Bulgarian split squats. Lunges of all variations...

    @milan45 Just get so big (with muscles) that you scare them. Just kidding, kind of. My proudest moment was when a guy asked me how much I bench (while I was in a bridesmaid dress at my friend's wedding). Like, that's the reaction I want from men, and it may or may not be a part of my motivation...

    @porcelainrose Get on a sleep schedule. Eat enough, and eat things with nutrition. Learn to listen to your body's cues. Cut back on whatever is not essential. Do things that bring you joy. And yeah absolutely therapy. It helps me to remember that my brain is the command center of my body...

    Workout Equipment You Love vs. Never Use

    @hebahesh I use my sliders and dowel rods a lot. I rarely use resistance bands that hook onto the door jam and ankle weights.
