    I don't understand S&S strength standards

    @khohanguc I wouldn’t worry about 32s yet. If you did S&S with 24s, I’d say that’s an amazing achievement. I just got a 32 and there’s no way in hell I’m doing get ups with it anytime soon. Just double hand swings, a few singles, cleans and squats. This was the same way I started with the 24.

    @kepet I like DFW myself because I’ve run the program a few times. I do ABC in between programs, especially when I’m trying to condition my squat game.

    Hey y’all. Running DFW for the second time. The first run was a single 24 for the C&P and a single 32 for the FS. Just ran the first day again using double 24’s and I’m feeling pretty good. If anyone is reluctant to start DFW because of the recommended load, maybe try what I did. Doing 5 weeks...

    @dawn16 This is why I press before squat as well unless I’m specifically doing thrusters.
