    @bunnylightheart Is there another metric you can use? Like an article of clothing that’s tight right now? It’s motivating to have another way to ensure your body is changing. Taking measurements helps too

    When I exercise, I don’t lose weight. But when I stop exercising and just eat less, I lose weight

    @woollybear I feel you. Exercise makes me terribly hungry.

    Hi! I’m looking for an app to create my own HIIT workouts to do in the gym or at home. I know the type of workouts I’m looking for. Something like this - Stuff with exercises like this- Like A good mix of strength and cardio. I’m just not comfortable creating the workouts on my own yet...
