    @retropod You started bulking in February? So it’s not even been a month? It’s unlikely you’re seeing significant fat increase. Could just be mostly water weight. Also what are you doing in the gym? You need to train quite hard, particularly as you bulk - you should see your strength going up.

    Workout Equipment You Love vs. Never Use

    @hebahesh I love my number plates with handles that you could hold. So I also use them as dumbbells/kettlebells. Doesn’t work perfectly but still perfectly okay in a pinch when I have to workout at home. Saves me money and space for a bunch of dumbbells.

    Can you do a pull up if you can pull your bw in a lat pulldown?

    @josh88 I can do reps of 12 pull up max but definitely can’t do 125 pounds pull down for 12 reps (can do 100*12).
