    @cactus_lil Yep, makes sense, thank you ! I'm not sure what I'm gonna chose as a dips progression, I don't know many appart from the straight bar one. Regular pullups will probably be my progression to hit 3-5 RM haha :p

    When did you guys really see a strong noticeable difference in your physiques? After 3 months? 6 months? 9 months?

    @natasreficul After two months my girlfriend said it was noticeable, mostly in the back for me that wasn't defined at all before
