    @christina89 If your muscle is sore to the point where it limits your range of motion or is very sore to the touch, take a break.. however some muscle soreness is good, i like that pain because i know my muscle will grow :)

    @well768737 I started to eat more, maybe 5 times a day and completely cut the junk food out.. i learned to love healthy food, the only thing i really changed was eating post workout, i always have an apple, can of tuna, dry crisp bread, cottage cheese and a glass of milk post workout :)

    @obelex Then rest 3 mins, listen to your body.. this is just what I do, different things work for different people :)

    @paaatrick 1 min between sets however if you are looking to lose weight also, maybe lower it to 30 seconds but then adjust reps for higher intensity, and thank you.. theres nothing better than to know you have motivated someone :D

    @cabalauxz I honestly didnt think id last as long as i did so i didnt have any pics from when i started, that was one from my holiday :) im a little skeptical about using my face in these pics, but if thats enough to get people to stop saying its fake thats fine? :)

    @dawn16 No worries man :) i know exactly what you're talking about, people need to realise that theres no such thing as a magic pill and that the only way to get to your goal is through hard work :)
