    How do you reconcile the "we don't need that much protein!" attitude of veg*n communities with the "ALL THE PROTEIN!" attitude of fitness communities?

    @christopherv This is a meta-study. Use it as starting number and see how it goes. That's my opinion at least. Adjust later if you want, but it's a starting point, not a necessary endpoint.

    @christopherv Simple, I look at how much I need and eat that. I leave the fighting to others.

    @pazuzil Of those, the 2nd one with like 40 kg weights on it to stabilize it. Else, you might get a full cage, I don't remember the brand but I remember that "orange" brand that had quite good reviews here. Probably available in NL too. Edit: mirafit was the brand.
