    @colin44 Ok I admit it's not all altruism, it's partly my competitive streak. Right now she can pick me up and carry me farther than I can carry her and she doesn't lift at all...

    @dcdoggins Whereas I totally agree, at this point it’s an injury risk to me when picking her up, so I need to build the basics before I can get there.

    @dawn16 Yeah I’m starting to realize that I’m probably way underloading. I tend to work out alone and don’t want to get in over my head but I need to up my game a bit.
