    @cavy I have seen for both myself and my clients that oats are going to be more of a 2-3 hour time frame. Too much fiber.

    @cavy Oats would still be digesting by the time OP gets to the gym. Cream of rice would be a better alternative.

    @markdavidverghese I would increase protein up to bodyweight at a minimum. Add creatine at 5g per day. Focus on progressive overload on your lifts. Moderate cardio and carbs where necessary to keep fat loss in check. If you need more help or want a custom meal plan email me...

    @techo Have you tried a chelated iron supplement (easier on stomach) taken far away from other meals/supplements (middle of the night is best) and pair with 500mg vitamin C?
