    Murph preperation

@snowzee Pushups and air squats every day. Pushups and air squats are easy enough to do throughout the day. Get bored, do 10 pushups and 25 air squats. Repeat a few times through the day. If pushups are difficult for you, just do 3 or 5. Do a few pull ups every time you're at the gym. Once a...

Barbell Spin predicts Mal O’Brien to go Hyrox

@be_a_light I don't disagree at all. I know it was super polarizing at the games that he was given an invite as an unproven CrossFit athlete, but the dude is (or was, not sure if still is) considered one of the best obstacle course runners in the world. Box Owners, please monitor your “contact us” mailboxes and forms

@thomasmoore Not an owner, but my guess is they are not looking at the email constantly as their business doesn't rely heavily on email communication. Its probably a "hey, i'm at the desk for a few minutes between classes and have no one to fill out forms for. I'll see whats in the ol' inbox."

    Disappointed with my 24.1 result

@jck64 I got capped as well. Didn't come out too hot. Just couldn't muster the fortitude to push through the pain.

    Millennial here

@childofgodforever I'm late 30s myself. You're fine. Just try to do better than yesterday. Work hard to ignore the 20 year olds. If you truly want to compete with them I hope you have multiple hours every day to workout and run/sprint to get back to that level. Everyone slows down as they age...
