    @4ll4h Yes! But it will not affect how your hips look from the front and it doesn't add muscle to your hips (sleeping on your side is still gonna hurt.)

    @accurateknowledge Unfortunately not the hips. I say unfortunately because having cushy instead of bony hips would be sweet.

    @accurateknowledge You won't (can't) gain muscle on your hips btw.

    @accurateknowledge If you're feeling bone, it's nothing you can do, but you knew that. The good news is that you have a "problem" a lot of women would love to have. For many of us, curvy hips are thanks to fat deposits. At a lower weight, hips will appear more narrow and the hourglass shape...
