Is it possible to reduce the gap in my chest, or is it just due to poor genetics?

@imalive Idk what you mean by poor genetics, it's just part of who you are. You look like you have a great physique.

I only want big arms. Not literally, I still am working out other muscle groups, but I want the biggest bulkiest arms. How do I get them?

@rose112165 I'm glad you asked for this clarification...I'm doing 40 lb dumbbell bicep curls & 30 lb dumbbell JM press after about 1.5 years of training. It was kind of disheartening to think I was looking at 20 years of training to get to 100 lb for those exercises!

@slingmama Why are my triceps so much weaker than my biceps though? I can do 40 lb bicep curls but only 30 lb if doing a JM press.

14 years old, 6’0 and don’t know where to get started to get big

@futaba For right now, focus on doing bodyweight exercises. Don't do weight lifting quite yet, give it another year or so to finish your growth. You can use a TDEE calculator to figure out how many calories you should be eating and the macros.

Is it true that if you are overweight you shouldn’t run?

@newcityn8 I would keep walking until you get to under 200lb. I would be concerned about the knees. Weight loss is mostly in the kitchen anyway so running is more to improve cardiac fitness.
