@freds I’m 5’4 135. My BMR is 1380 but I can’t eat below 1800-2000 for more than a week before I feel voraciously hungry. I don’t even do that much exercise - 5K steps/day, 2-3x lifting, 1x yoga per week. Somehow it’s easy to maintain and extremely hard to go below my current weight. 🤷♀️
