    Why is 60 minutes classes the standard? 90 minutes classes would be much more efficient

    @bldssphq If people wanted to they would. I typically spend 2hrs. A day 5 days a week. Basically I do crossfit than endurance 2x a week than bench, squat, Deadlift the other 3. Normally there are only 1 or 2 left with me after the wod. Which is fine for me, and why I am advancing. HWPO!

    @brian7377 Sometimes I don't feel like going, but do it so I don't catch hell from people for not making it someday. That and I like to see some of them and lift with them

    @leorock Everyday for creatine, what I heard/read is the creatine you take today is being used 3 days from now.

    Cardio gains w/o running. I hate to ask the question that’s asked every day but I hope my added wrinkle makes it unique

    @childofgod418 I don't understand your question, I work In the Heat and work out in the heat. Maybe you shoudl just work out in the heat? Also you will sweat on the rower and bikes so what is really the difference?

    4 x a week to 5

    @miralha I go 5x a week at 38 been there almost a year, rx 65% workouts, by while body is sore by Fri. Morning, but back to normal on Sunday. It is pretty much the only free time/entertainment I get being a single dad with 3 kids and a full time job

    CrossFit Newbie Trying to Lose Body Fat. Am I eating too much?

    @oneiric1975 Diet and exercise for losing weight. Limit the calories, eat more protein so you don't get hungry so soon.
