    @ravi9091 3000 is my base just so I don't lose weight; I'm a landscaper and very active. I eat more on heavy gym days :)

    @dawn16 The quick cooking steel cut from Bob's redmill only take 6ish minutes to cook! You could swap out with instant oats if you wanted too

    @gamefish I enjoy the texture and they're slightly higher in fiber (and probably some minerals too) if you preferred rolled oats or instant oats I'm sure those would be fine too!

    @dawn16 Yup all one meal, I work as a landscaper so I'm very active all day and need the energy! I'm also used to eating a lot of fiber.

    @justiceformyfoot It's worked out for me, but you can always add more liquid :)

    Hey y'all, just wanted to share my go to breakfast. I'm currently trying to bulk so I'm eating 3000+ cal a day with a minimum goal of 155g protein. I have a hard time getting enough food in at the beginning of the day so this is my solution to that lol 1 c Bob's red mill quick cooking steel cut...
