    @dassahjoy i gained 6 lbs back after losing and TRUST ME it makes a huge difference. i want to go back to where i was before 💔

    @cosmobrain Maybe. It was one week I noticed my stomach having slightly more belly fat. Probably only a pound or two of belly fat but I pay attention and notice. I drink fair life core power protein shakes maybe it’s the dairy??

    @jmh1030 would you say you’re very skinny and maybe that’s why you appear taller? even when i’m wearing heels that make me 5’1 some people will still guess my height is 4’10

    @testament7 So say I were to eat very little, and didn’t track my protein but still did resistance training. Would that prevent me from losing muscle? So that way my body would eat the fat instead of the muscle even if I’m not eating much protein?

    @testament7 What if I were to hypothetically only eat 25% of my protein goal for the day. Would the muscles still be able to grow or at least maintain so they don’t disappear during a calorie deficit?

    @solego lol i’ve been told i look like i’m in high school by a few people but that doesn’t really bother me because i’ll just look younger when i’m older 😂

    @fruty It’s so annoying cause I really wouldn’t mind just being a skinny, “almond girl” who just does Pilates and yoga instead of being a lifting “gym rat” but the problem is I want a bigger butt 😩

    @marioochi Yes it was 2-3 times a week but I feel like it definitely makes me hungrier
